To: The National Plant Protection Organization Date: 27-8-2006 In accordance with the current text of the international plant protection convention (IPPC 1997) - Syria, has changed the phytosanitary certificate and the phytosanitary certificate for re-export. They will be used from 1 October2006. All models used previously by Syria are in parallel use until 31 December 2006. Please, find enclosed the models of the new certificates.
